Syncing problems

Dear Mendeley experts, Using Mendeley Desktop, I removed all the entries from the trash and, since then, I'm not able to Sync anymore. These are the details of the problem: There was an error processing your request. It has been logged (ID 8e6c1cda68da283c).. Error ID: ZIjXnmb8CpE Of note, trash emptying fails also from Mendeley Web. Thanks a lot Francesco Cardinale
