I just created an account with Mendeley, and I found that I am credited with an article I didn't write.

This article was written by someone else, with the initials R. M. S. Smith, and my initials are R. L. S.
I don't want there to be any copyright issues, so if there is a way to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.
