Problems resetting password/logging in after update

Dear Mendeley, first of all I am a fan of your service. Unfortunately your support has had trouble solving the following issue: My friend has experienced troubles logging in after updating to the latest desktop version. She has tried resetting her password several times without luck. She has contacted your support on email for 12 days and has been promised the password would be reset - but nothing has happened. She is wondering if you recieved the emails? Can you please help, she is using the following email for mendeley: ida_ga@hotmail.com Regards, Kristian
