password reset not working: Cannot login

Now after several months of denied access to my libray after succeeding to work again for a few days, see previous thread http://support.mendeley.com/customer/portal/questions/16333832-cannot-login-on-mendeley-desktop-a-month-discussion I CANNOT access neither Mendeley Desktop NOR the Web account Password reset does not work either, I tried all possible passwords, and all possible computers, always the same answer: "Oops somesthing went wrong, please try again later" and I keep trying, now it is almost one week After having been excluded from the access to my Mendeley Library for months now I can try some diagnosis I point out that I updated my library with some 13 papers I have downloaded in the months of failure of my library So after UPLOADING the papers to the Web, Mendeley pointed out the same error as previously pointed out, i.e. that it could not finish upload Maight be that the reason for malfunctioning is massive uploading? OR could it be that I have exactly the same account/password as used in Scopus/Elsevier? I think that if I finally succeed to access again my account I will stop the automatic uploading of my library to the web. Can you please try to give me access again to my account?
