When I use "Choose Library from list" I get the same private network IP address (incorrect when checked against my actual IP address):
"Suggested library links
We couldn't suggest any libraries using your IP address (172.31.14.158), but you can still add a library manually."
Tested from both my work (two separate machines) and home networks.

can't sign in
Hi,
I tried to set up account with my work email, but it appears I have already got an Elsevier account. I have no idea what my password is so I have changed it. However I am unable to sign in with the changed password. Or any password. I have managed to set up a new account with my personal email, but I don't want this to be linked to my work references. I had to set up another account because I could not contact you without signing in, which really isn't a lot of use!
Please can you help me get my work email, dwpa@ceh.ac.uk, to link to a mendeley account. thank you,

Please add Religion as subject studied in public profile
I'm doing Master's in Religion and there is no option to choose my study subject. Please add Religion or Religious Studies to your list. I'm sure others have had the same issue.

login problems
I am a new user to Mendeley. I tried to create account using my preferred email (ppeake@smith.edu) and received the following message: Sorry, we don't recognise those details. Have you forgotten your password?
I tried resetting the password several times and was told this was "successful" but subsequent attempts to login returned the same message.
Since I can not communicate with you without logging in, I created a new account with a different email address and that worked ok. (philippeake@gmail.com)
I'd really prefer to be able to use ppeake@smith.edu but can not seem to break through to an account.
Can you advise me on how to do this or set up an account that will work for this email address.

Reseted password dosen't work
Hello there Mendeley,
A friend of mine is having some issue with reseting her password. She has successufuly reseted by clicking on "forgot password"and even recieved an confirmation email from you, however, her new password still dosen't work when se tries to login the site or in Mendeley Desktop (windows).
What could be the problem?

Can not enter account Mendeley
A user of our institution, University Pablo de Olavide from Seville, can not enter your account Mendeley. Her name is Inés Herrero. She asked to remember your password, she received an email from successfully changed password, but can not enter the new password in your Mendeley account.

Impossible to access my account
Dear Sr:
It is impossible to access my account with ScienceDirect credentials.
I belong to Universidad de Oviedo, and my email is: fjiglesias@uniovi.es.
Every time I try to reset my password, I never receive the email to do it, and if I try to access with this ScienceDirect user "franciscojavieriglesiasrodriguez", the system indicates: "Not a valid email. Take a closer look.".
I had to open a new account "subdir.eimem@uniovi.es", but I don´t want to use it.
I hope that the problem can be solved soon.

Indexing by search engines
Hello,
my Mendely profile is indexed by the search engines and appears on Google.
In my settings I did not check the item to "Let Google and other search engines index my profile page" though. And I never had it checked.
Could you please make sure, that the indexation does not happen if users don't want it?

Password change that works on the web does not work on the desktop version

Unable to sign in
I bought new laptop and installed mendeley and I am unable to sign in; it shows 'Unable to send HTTP request to /oauth/token/(0). But when i sign in via website, unable to load library as well. Please help.....

Mendeley 1.15.1 (mac) citation add-on in MS Word 15.13.1 crashes Word every single time.

Issue #1:
I've had a Mendeley account since fall of 2015. I was using Microsoft Word 2008, with Snow Leopard OS and entering citations was never a problem for me. Now i'm using Yosemite OS, and recently started using Microsoft Word 15.13. 1 (2015) and Mendeley 1. 15. 1 and every single time I try to insert a citation (via the add-on tab) my MS word will freeze and never recuperate. I have tried uninstalling the plugin and a number of other things to no avail. I desperately need help with this. I have tried to install the older Mendeley i was using but it is not able to install MS plugins for the version of my MS word. Right now the only option i can see is to install MS word 2008 and the older 1. 14 version of Mendeley.
Issue #2:
Strangely enough while I can log onto my Mendeley account and view all my articles etc, I cannot use the same log in information to log on to this sight to for example, email this question. I had to make this account to access your customer service. Not sure how this happened but it is very strange.

Cannot change Title shown at Desktop applications
Dear Madam/Sir!
When installing Desktop Mendeley, I have set my title to "Associate professor" and now it is shown when Group members are listed. Now I wish to change it and while trying to do it I am directed web account settings where I cannot find it - on web account there is no such field!

Month offset in Education History
I added a degree to my "Education History" section of my profile and the month was offset by one month, i.e., if I selected August as the starting month it would display July once I saved the changes, and likewise with the ending month. If I tried editing the dates afterwards the selected months in the dropdown menus would be accurate, though. My system information is:
OS: Ubuntu 14.04
Browser: Firefox 38.0
