Problem syncing library

Hello! I've been using Mendeley on my MacBook for years. I recently attempted to log into my Mendeley account on my work computer, which is a PC and keep receiving this message, "proxy server not found." The IT people at my work tried to fix the connection settings, but have not been able to resolve the issue. Can someone please assist me with logging into Mendeley desktop on my PC? Dear Mendeley, I installed your software on my pc a couple of days ago. Unfortunately I haven't been able to login in on the desktop version. It states that my email address and password are invalid. Though I can log in on the webversion with the same emailaddress and login. Thanks! Jonathan

I have 2 accounts my desktop is linked to an account email that I no longer use . Can I just change the email to another one in the settings box- so all my desktop literature can be accessed via the alternative email when on line ? thanks
