Hi, After the publication of my last paper, I got a new account connected to my institutional details. Is there any possibility to merge this account with another account (one that I had before and which I mainly use)? Many thanks, Daniel

How can I see my publication statistics if they do not show within the 'stats' section of my Mendeley account and the Mendeley support team do no react to my help requests?

I still do cannot access both my Mendeley desktop and online Mendeley account since last Thursday. I have emailed via the contact us link on the website here as well as sending a message via facebook with my log-in details but have since not had a reply. In my desperation to have access to my database, I have changed my passwords severally about 8 times and this morning was my most recent attempt and all has proved futile. I would be grateful if my messages are responded to and some form of assistance offered to me to enable me not to lose my database considering the enormous amount of notes I have on there. My email and account details for Mendeley is akoensitd@yahoo.co.uk I would very much appreciate your assistance as despite your announcements that the issue has been resolved, I'm facing those same difficulties. Thank you.

I have an account with e-mail of kazim1977@gmail.com. I want to merge this account with my elsevier account with e-mail of kazim.sari@msn.com. I think an automatic mendeley account is already openned with my kazim.sari@msn.com. however, I have data with kazim1977@gmail.com account.

Discrepancy between space used: desktop and online

It is not possible for to sync files between two computers. the citation transfers across but not the PDF. Both of my desktop accounts indicate that I have used 1.7GB of the 2GB allowance. On my web account, I can see a bar graph that indicates 100%.. Is this the source of my problems? Why the discrepancy?

Hello, I would like to modify my email adress on this account with one I already use in another old Mendeley account (remy.kreder@gmail.com). I delete the old account but each time I try to update my email adress, I get back my old account and the one I want to use remain unchange. How can I merge both of them without loosing my information (paper saved, classification and so) ? Thank you in advance. Rémy

Hello, I would like to change my email adress on this account by one I already use in an old Mendeley account (remy.kreder@gmail.com). I try to delete this old account but each time when I try to sign in again I magically get back the account I try to remove. Desktop Mendeley won't recognise internet Mendeley password reset

Dear All, I went to log into to my desktop Mendeley but it said I had wrong password, so I reset password via the internet link. Now I can access Mendeley library through website, but the desktop application is not recognising my password. Any ideas? Many thanks, Kind regards Niamh

I have problem to sign in, I have changed the new password by sending requested new password by email, then I changed it. However, when I signed in with that email and that new password I still could not sign in. Could you help me? Actually I have 2 accounts in Mendeley, and I will delete 1 of them. Thank you.

Hello, I have a problem with my email account. the old one was Neus.Fabregat@uji.es and when I try to use the new one, n.fabregat@ulg.ac.be an error message appears. "Sorry, this email has already been registered with Mendeley. Please try again." I don't know how to solve this. Thanks. Best regards Neus

Dear Support team. Some time ago I discovered that I can't log into my account. Then I decided to reset my password and make new one. It didn't work for some time, finally when I made another account with the same e-mail address, but the content of my Mendeley Desktop disappeared. Could help me to rescue my files? Authenticate account - how?

When I log into my Mendeley desktop, a blue notice appears saying "We are changing the way we authenticate Mendeley accounts. Please enter your password to authenticate your account."; with a button to "Authenticate Account". Clicking this button takes me to my account home page - with no other notice as to what to do from there! This notice appears everytime I open the desktop app, and not able to do anything about it. Can you help? Kind regards.
