Today I accidentally deleted all of the papers in my account. I went to trash, selected and restored all of them. The problem is that I cannot find the parts that I highlighted, they are gone. How can I get them back?

Need to update e-mail, but not possible since profile with new e-mail already existing
Hello,
I need to update the e-mail of my profile, but the system does not allow me since my new e-mail is already registered on a different account (which I never did, but seems to work with my old password).
I have tried to remove this additional account, but I still cannot update the e-mail on my old account. My new e-mail is lorenzo.stievano@umontpellier.fr.
How can I upgrade my account?

Problem syncing
Hi,
I haven't been able to sync my library for the past week. I get this message everytime: "There was a problem connecting to mendeley.com to sync your library: Network access is disabled." The "get help" button that appears next to the message doesn't work either. All my files are in my web library but don't upload in Desktop Mendeley anymore. What could it be?

email registered with my account no longer in service
The email registered to my Mendeley account was inactivated before i could update it. I now opened a new Mendeley account and would like to transfer the references in my old count to my new account.

Change my email address
Dear Mendeley support team,
I would like to change my emailaddress, however the emailaddress I want to change it into was registered with you as well (an older profile of mine when I still worked at uni). I tried to delete my old profile (jacqueline.berghout@wur.nl) but now I can still not use that emailaddress (I started working again with the uni).
My question: can you delete the profile with jacqueline.berghout@wur.nl, so that I can change my current profile (j.berghout@gmail.com) back to jacqueline.berghout@wur.nl?

Why should I need a token? I try to go through this process , I have got a token number, but I do not know what to do with this, it seems like if Mendeley wanted to access my personal folders ... that I do not agree with!
I have only accepted the automatized sync. that's all !
Would you accept people may get like "intruders" in your computer ?
Please , I really need this to be fixed, straight away.

Cannot log in to my account
I am trying to log in to my account unsuccessfully! Although I reset my password and got a confirmation email that my password has been changed successfully, when I try to log in with my new password both online and with the desktop application, the system doesn't recognize my credentials. I'd appreciate if you have provide some help.

URGENT: Cannot access my old account
Dear Mendeley,
I am having trouble to access my old account which I have created under email jelena.milesevic@gmail.com. In this account I have already work for a longer period, have collected a loads of literature, and have shared groups with my colleagues. For some reason, Medeley connected this account with my new email jm651983@gmail.com, and I accidentally opened an account under this email. Then I discovered that this account is empty of my data, and all the literature is gone. At Mandeley Desktop, I wasn't able to log in, so I changed the password, couple of time, with both emails, but I couldn't log in again to Mendeley Desktop, while I could on the website.
This all is really messy, and I need your assistance in this matter. I want to have my old account under jelena.milesevic@gmail.com back, and this one under jm651983@gmail.com is redundant.
