I don't receive the email to change my "email address" of my account.

When I try to change my email address in the Account Settings, it appears me: "We have sent you and email. Please click the link inside to confirm". The email never arrives. Can you help me?

Reset password for my first account

I unintentionally created two Mendeley accounts. Today I got message from Mendeley desktop to check my account and I coundn't remember which email that I primary use for Mendeley desktop so I submitted two emails. It turned out that I can reset password for the second account (bp6g12@soton.ac.uk) but there is only one document in my library. I think about 1000 documents are in the library that linked to my first account (fengbyr@ku.ac.th). could you please help me to reset the password so I can recover my entire library. If you need further information to verify my account please let me know.

Mendeley is unable to save the changes in my Account/Profile. Further i am facing an issue to syncronise the library in my Mendeley Desktop.

What is Library Access Link?

I am a librarian and I am using Mendeley free account. I would like to know what is "Library Access Link"? Besides, when I save a article using Save to Mendeley, a URL is placed in the metadata. I can access full text once I am on campus (no username and password required). But I when click the same link off campus, it is redirected to a page to pay money, even the library has full subscription. How can I redirect the page to the Library ezproxy page? Thanks.

Today when I was logging in, Mendeley asked to connect with an Elsevier account. This failed because I use in my browser relative strict 3rd part script blocking. How can I now connect with Elsevier account?

email account expired, can't login

The email I had associated with my account expired. Mendeley requires me to login in to change my email, but I can't login because my email account is expired. ENDLESS LOOP. Turns out I also need to login to my account to ask support questions like this one. ENDLESS LOOP again. So, I had to create another account just to ask you how to fix this problem. So, how do I change my ORIGINAL account email address without being able to access my account in the first place.

Dear Sir/Madam, Out of a sudden almost all my folders were gone today. I did not erase any folders, however. After clicking on restore from backup now also my pdfs are erased. I am organizing a library with over 800 pdfs. It is a complete catastrophy that I can not find any way to restore my mendeley account again!!! The files are also no longer available from my Mendeley web account!!! I hope you have any backup of the cloud storage such that the content of my account can be restored to some older state. How to freeze subscription?

Hi, A few months ago I found out that I could freeze my Mendely subscription. I won't be using Mendeley for at least six months (likely to be a couple of years)so paying for a continual subscription makes no sense. ^Moreover, I want to pick my library exactly where I left off. Mendeley Support told me I can freeze my subscription to meet these needs. The trouble is - how? I don't see this option anywhere in my account. Thanks for helping me with freezing my account.

Need to restore data associated with institutional email account

Dear Mendeley support team, unfortunately, my old institutional mail address (I believe it was 40138441@live.napier.ac.uk) is not valid anymore as I've been studying in Germany for a few months now. Apparently, my Mendeley desktop cannot connect with my mail address anymore, so I had to set up a new account (Hanna-Sophie.Goll@HS-Augsburg.de), i.e. all my just recently added documents and books (just added them last week for an assignment) are gone. I am literally freaking out right now. Is my old Napier mail address still there and could you please connect my data with the new mail address? Many thanks in advance!

Online database disappeared

About a week ago, my entire online database of 2.5G of pdfs disappeared from my account and it seems that any sync of data has gone with it. I use two devices: an apple tablet and a Windows laptop. I use the online sync to work between the two devices. At this stage, I have my local database, but any notations made in my online documents have gone, and it seems to be very slow in uploading the database. This is somewhat distressing, and there doesn't seem to be any answers in the FAQ or support sections. Can anyone shed any light on this? Is it possible to locate my data and restore it? Dear Support, Mendeley does not allow me to specify my institution where I have worked. The "University Hospital Hamburg Eppendorf" is with several subdivisions in the list. Even though only "University Hospital Hamburg Eppendorf, Ins..." is visible and can't be expended. I'm using the latest Chrome Browser. Bare "University Hospital Hamburg Eppendorf" can't be selected due to it is missing from the list. Best, Robin Hinsch

Can't delete a Mendeley account

By mistake, I have created a second Mendeley profile. Although I have already one, with a library full of information, it keeps connecting my IE to the newly created profile - which I can not even delete. Whenever I try to delete the duplicate profile, it says it the profile was deleted, but sends me an email to verify my email address. Hope you can help.
