I opened a Mendeley account several years ago. Few days ago, both desktop and web-based Mendeley programs started asking me e-mail & password. I inserted the values but login failed. So, I tried to restore the password, but no email arrived at my address.
Now I created a new account, but I'd like to recover the old one.
Could you please support me?

Problems resetting password/logging in after update
Dear Mendeley,
first of all I am a fan of your service. Unfortunately your support has had trouble solving the following issue:
My friend has experienced troubles logging in after updating to the latest desktop version. She has tried resetting her password several times without luck. She has contacted your support on email for 12 days and has been promised the password would be reset - but nothing has happened.
She is wondering if you recieved the emails?

Syncing between personal and uni computers
Hi,
I'm a University student who's come back to University after an Easter break. I've done a lot of reading and note taking on Mendeley at home over the break and now back at uni, I assumed that all the work I've done I would be able to access on my uni computer. I use the same log in details on both computers and the papers have synced, just none of the notes that I've made are available to view at university. It's extremely frustrating not being able to access my work. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Personal Space not updated after deleting files
After exceeding my quota of Personal Space, I deleted many files but Personal Space was not updated and I cannot put anything to the library. How often is its status updated and is it a typical behavior or a bug in Mendeley?

Where is the folder when "Open containing folder"?
I had Mendeley on PC and sync with Mendele Web, I installed Mendele on my Mac. It's good to start with all the files been synced on Mac as well. Just don't know where those files were stored. Because if I open containing folder, there is a download folder opened, just have no idea where is this folder? Thank you.

Dealyed payment of subscription - waiting for a response or 6 weeks from Mendeley...

I have got multiple remideners from you about renewal of my membership - but none have bitehred to respond to my request on inst membership. Can you please get person who is responsible for ins membership to email me asap?
I thought it is better to upgarde the subscription before renewing the old one. This is the reason for delay in payment.

log in to old account
I have accidentally/unconsciously created a new account on the web mendeley and now i can not log in to my old account which contains all my manuscripts since both run with the same email address. I tried to delete the new one but when i go to web version it only lets me log into my new account not my old one. What can i do to fix this?

I cannot access my mendeley account
I cannot access my mendeley account in my computer and on the website as well.

Created two accounts accidentally with different emails
Hello,
I created accidentally a new account but this one is running by my current institution email address. I would like to change the email address in the former account (the one that I actually use) but I cannot because Mendeley detects that another account has my current institution email address linked. I tried to delete the account but Mendeley still detects the same problem.
Is there any way of totally delete that new account that I created with my current institution email address?

Cant Reset My Password
I have created an account using my email address tarighi@mehr.sharif.ir but forgot my password. I tried many times to reset my password through sign-in problem page on your website but did not receive any email containing password reset links.
(both sharif.ir and sharif.edu domains are possessed by Sharif University of Technology, Tehran , Iran)

Error when trying to update "Research Interests"
When I try to add new items in Research Interests under my web profile I get the following error message:

How do I retrieve my PDF files. Citations appear but all files have disappeared.

Merging original mendeley account and the account generated by elsevier
I have used this mendeley account for years.
And I have registered to elsevier with different e-mail address.
Now Elsevier linked its information with mendeley and created new my mendeley account with e-mail address which I used for Elsevier.
So now I have two mendeley account.
I would like to merge two account.
I would like to keep the e-mail address which I used for Elsevier,
but I also would like to keep my library of my original Elsevier account.
How can I do this?

Problem upgrading - in a corporate environment
Hi There,
Its not possible for me to upgrade, I keep getting the same error saying to upgrade and I do so (click the link) but it doesn't work. Previously, I had a admin password request from the internal IT department, now we don't even make it to that level. Just stuck at the login stage again now. I've tried 3x to upgrade and my data is captive in the system. Please advise urgently.
